Balluta Bay lies on a long stretch of rocky coastline that goes from Qui-si-Sana in Sliema all the way to St. Julian's and you can find a small space with sand in front of the famous Balluta Church.
This coastline is thronged with sunbathers during the peak summer months as it is surrounded by a lot of hotels, restaurants and accommodation.
The favourite beach areas are the Tigne area, Qui si-Sana, Għar id-Dud, the Exiles and Fond Għadir.
